Overview

In this role you will join a London-based Elite Law Firm’s Private Equity practice to provide high-value corporate advice. You will work within a team focused on Corporate Transactions and Equity Capital Markets, contributing to complex matters for a distinguished client base. The position targets qualifiers trained in the City/London with a Corporate seat by qualification, offering a path to develop in a high-stakes environment. This is an opportunity to shape outcomes on major deals and advance your career in a premier corporate practice.

Responsibilities

• advise on high-value corporate transactions within the Private Equity practice
• support Equity Capital Markets activity where relevant
• contribute to complex deal execution and client relationship management
• work as part of a cross-functional team on multi-jurisdictional matters

Key requirements

• trained in City/London and will have completed a Corporate seat by qualification
• excellent academic record
• ambition to work in a top-tier corporate practice
• availability for immediate or September 2022 start
• prior ECM experience is advantageous but not essential
