Overview
You will manage a varied private client caseload within a supportive, collaborative firm. You will advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and estate planning while drafting and reviewing documents with precision. You’ll build lasting client relationships and explain processes clearly in meetings. This role offers hybrid working and a pathway to contribute to a well-regarded private client team. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advise on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning
- Draft and review legal documentation with accuracy
- Efficiently manage files and deliver strong client care
- Build and maintain client relationships and understand individual needs
- Attend client meetings and explain legal processes clearly
Key requirements
- At least 1 year PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Experience across a range of private client matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and ability to manage multiple cases
