Overview
In this role you will join a leading US law firm in London, focusing on restructuring and insolvency matters for creditors. You will work within a high-caliber team on complex schemes of arrangement, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency enforcement, contributing to high-stakes matters. The position targets E&W-qualified solicitors with 2–4 PQE seeking a top-tier, Cravath-scale opportunity. Responsibilities
- Advise on creditor schemes of arrangement / restructuring plans
- Handle out-of-court restructurings and enforcement actions
- Work on insolvency matters for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex restructurings
- Maintain strong academic and professional standards in a high-pressure environment
Key requirements
