In this role you will deliver gold-standard hearing care across London sites, combining diagnostics with hearing aid fittings and supportive tinnitus care. You will work within a values-led private clinic group, supported by expert mentoring to sharpen clinical and commercial skills. Your work will span adult diagnostics, ENT-related testing, and paediatric assessments when needed, building a loyal patient caseload. Responsibilities

• Adult diagnostic audiology (PTA, tympanometry, speech testing, complex cases)
• ENT-related testing and report writing
• Hearing aid fittings with REM/verification and validated outcomes
• Tinnitus assessment and management
• Wax removal
• Some paediatric diagnostics (advantageous)
• Build and maintain a loyal caseload through high-quality patient care and follow-up
• Collaborate with a small expert team with regular clinical supervision and development

Key requirements

• BSc or MSc Audiology (or equivalent)
• HCPC registered (or eligible)
• Confidence in adult diagnostics and interpreting results
• Evidence-based approach to hearing aid fitting (REM/verification)
• Excellent communication and patient-centred mindset
• Commercial awareness and ability to work to revenue targets without compromising clinical integrity
• Willingness to rotate across London clinics
