Overview

In this role you will manage UK website content to keep it up to date, compliant, and optimized for customers. You will collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to implement changes securely and efficiently. You’ll contribute to an agile web development process, delivering new features and improving user journeys. This position blends attention to detail with analytical and creative work to create frictionless digital experiences. Responsibilities

  • Execute updates and publish content on the UK website, managing content strategy and publishing
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance at publishing time with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with content, design, marketing, and analytics to test and learn for best web practices
  • Act as liaison across design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure aligned web projects
  • Troubleshoot CMS issues and coordinate with US teams to enhance current features
  • Maintain a prioritized web product backlog ensuring high-value features are delivered first
  • Develop long-term web roadmap with cross-functional teams to improve channel performance
  • Analyze conversion gaps and run A/B tests to optimize journeys
  • Set and track KPIs to measure web initiatives and drive data-backed decisions
  • Become CMS and web operations SME, promoting best practices for responsive design, content reuse, and QA
  • Establish feedback loops with engineering, marketing, analytics to better respond to user needs
  • Collaborate with research to prioritize iterative customer journey improvements
  • Support off-cycle releases by leading digital content efforts
  • Define web requirements with stakeholders and ensure delivery
  • Coordinate design and engineering to implement web requirements
  • Perform market research for new web opportunities and enhancements
  • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Monitor and report on web performance and user feedback

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of website management experience at a large scale
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent enterprise CMS
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs
  • Nice to have experience with design tools like Figma
  • Experience with SEO platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs)
