In this role you guide car sellers through the Carwow auction journey, ensuring a smooth experience and higher chances of sale. You will build rapport with sellers, explain the auction process, and provide expert pricing guidance. You work with cross‑functional teams to improve listings and outcomes, while meeting performance targets. This position offers a practical, high‑impact way to shape car changing at scale within a fast‑growing group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a lead pipeline of potential sellers for our online auction
  • Review seller listings for accuracy and completeness, guiding corrections before auction
  • Share expert guidance on pricing by balancing expectations with market reality to maximise sale probability
  • Explain the Carwow auction process clearly to sellers and secure commitment to use our platform
  • Handle negotiations and customer objections
  • Communicate with sellers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to address questions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and coordinate handovers to other teams
  • Contribute to team performance by meeting targets for vehicles listed and pipeline conversion
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide insights and feedback for growth

Key requirements

  • Experience in a target‑driven environment with independent pipeline management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse sellers
  • Proactive, customer‑focused approach to help sellers achieve goals
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for listing accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort using multiple channels: phone, email, live chat, SMS
  • Willingness to work 9:00–19:00, rotating shifts, 37.5 hours/week
  • Hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office per week
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry is a plus
