Responsibilities
- Fund formation and fundraising
- Negotiating managed account structures and related regulatory matters
- Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts
Key requirements
- 4-6PQE
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Hedge fund and credit fund experience in a comparable US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm in the UK
- Excellent academics
