Family Lawyer – Coventry

Overview

In this role you will handle a privately funded family law caseload in Coventry, including divorce, financial settlements, children matters, and related areas. You will attend court and contribute as part of a team, with the ability to manage cases with limited supervision and support more complex matters as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage privately funded family law caseloads (divorce and separation, financial settlements, children arrangements, civil partnerships, injunctions, prenuptial arrangements, cohabitee and property rights)
• Attend court and represent clients as part of a team
• Handle cases with minimal supervision and contribute to more complex matters
• Support colleagues in a friendly, collaborative environment

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor or CILEx (at any level)
• Ability to manage a private caseload with minimal supervision
