In this role you will lead and manage serious injury claims within a Bristol-based Personal Injury team, handling high-value cases and complex injuries. You will work closely with clients, experts, and colleagues to progress claims from instruction to settlement or trial, contributing to the team’s success. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims (including orthopaedic, brain/spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma)
• Take ownership from instruction through to settlement or trial
• Develop litigation strategies and progress claims efficiently
• Liaise with clients and medical/legal experts to support case strategy
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the wider team
• Handle claims often valued in excess of £1 million
