Senior Fraud Strategy Analyst

Overview

In this role you will develop and implement fraud detection strategies to protect customers and the bank. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate fraud strategies into operational impact and support compliance with regulatory standards. You will help maintain best practices and drive continuous improvement across fraud analytics, products, and operations. This position offers exposure to risk management and financial crime initiatives within a leading global bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fraud strategies and rules to detect fraudulent activities
• Analytics to support fraud products, operations and financial crime initiatives to protect customer and bank interests
• Analyze and translate fraud strategy into tangible operational impact for the fraud operations team
• Collaborate with 2nd line fraud risk teams to ensure models, rulesets, and strategies are effective
• Ensure compliance, audit and control frameworks are followed using data to support adherence to regulatory standards
• Share best practices across JP Morgan Chase & Co.
• Communicate findings clearly to management and partners

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in numeric or STEM-related fields
• Knowledge of fraud processes and products
• Experience coding with SQL or Python
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
