Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of property litigation disputes, including landlord & tenant, service charge, and insolvency matters
• Handle high value Building Safety Act matters and complex real property issues for developers and public sector clients
• Assist and eventually run own matters with direct client contact, under supervision from senior lawyers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to initiatives around responsible business, charity work and D&I

Key requirements

• NQ-1 PQE with a property litigation seat or relevant contentious property experience
• Genuine interest in a long-term property litigation career
• Strong communication and confident client-facing abilities
• Empathy, professionalism and sound judgement in sensitive matters
• Resilience, organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
