Overview

In this role you will build and lead a scalable BI capability for the Commercial Operations & Enablement function in EMEA, turning commercial data into actionable insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, sales productivity and decision-making, while establishing governance and data quality standards. The position offers high impact across growth initiatives, analytics automation and AI-enabled insights in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and govern EMEA commercial reporting, analytics and executive dashboards
  • Deliver insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy and sales productivity
  • Define standard KPIs, scorecards and performance measurement frameworks across regions
  • Support business reviews with reporting, variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations
  • Analyze growth opportunities, risks and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop sales intelligence models for pipeline management, territory planning and strategic accounts
  • Improve Salesforce data quality, reporting consistency and data governance standards
  • Collaborate with Finance, Digital and IT to enhance data models, reporting solutions and system integration
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Query, Salesforce Analytics and approved AI tools
  • Create executive-ready reporting, presentations, training materials and dashboard adoption programs
  • Influence senior stakeholders across countries to drive insight-led action

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in BI, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Finance Analytics
  • Advanced Power BI, Power Query and data visualization expertise
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executives and non-technical audiences
  • Proven stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization
