Overview

In this role you will lead Clarivate’s EMEA field marketing strategy to drive brand engagement and pipeline from library, academic, and research communities. You will run a hands-on, strategic program combining ABM, events, and multi-channel campaigns, with a flagship proprietary event at center stage. You collaborate cross-functionally to align global demand with regional execution and deliver measurable revenue impact. This is a high-visibility role that shapes experiences for academia and scales a major events-driven program.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the EMEA field marketing strategy aligned to global demand and revenue targets
  • Lead and develop a regional field marketing team across EMEA
  • Drive ABM programs targeting academic institutions, consortia, and government organizations
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, events, partner marketing) to nurture a large customer base
  • Manage the proprietary Clarivate event program in the region, including content, speakers, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with global teams (demand generation, product marketing, sales) to scale programs
  • Establish KPIs and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Collaborate with North America and APAC to scale best practices globally

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with emphasis on field marketing and events
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams in a global organization
  • Deep expertise in ABM at scale
  • Track record in building large-scale events or conference strategies
  • Experience marketing to academic, research, or library audiences preferred
