Global Change Facilitator – Quality Phorum

Overview

As Global Change Facilitator in BioPhorum’s Quality Phorum, you will coordinate cross-company experts to tackle shared biopharma quality challenges. You’ll design and guide workstreams from concept to delivery, turning complex ideas into practical outputs. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive measurable value across international events and publications. This role blends science with facilitation to shape industry guidance and quality strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate collaborative workstreams from concept through delivery
• Help members develop publications, benchmarking studies, PoCs, and industry guidance
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma
• Lead impactful virtual and in-person meetings and international events
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear, actionable outputs
• Monitor engagement, identify themes, and keep workstreams progressing
• Capture and communicate the value generated through collaboration

Key requirements

• Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs or consulting
• Project or change management experience in complex, collaborative environments
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders and subject matter experts
• Collaborative mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
