Senior Technology Strategy Analyst – Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you will shape and drive JP Morgan’s technology transformation programs within the Global Technology COO Office. You will work with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives, with a focus on cyber-related programs such as Privileged Access Management and Resiliency. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage complex programs, and help reduce risk while delivering business value. This is an opportunity to influence major technology programs at a global scale and partner with top executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation agenda in partnership with senior executives and business leaders
• Lead cross-functional programs and drive results in fast-paced environments
• Structure complex problems, apply analytical tools, and identify business implications
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase business value
• Build stakeholder relationships and secure alignment
• Communicate clearly to executive audiences, both orally and in writing
• Facilitate collaboration across business units and technology teams
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve project goals
• Identify, assess, and mitigate transformation risks and escalate when needed
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success

Key requirements

• Significant consulting experience (top-tier firm or equivalent) or strong internal/technology strategy background
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale technology transformation in a global setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Strong client management and executive communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems using analytical and qualitative tools
• High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive documents and Excel for analysis
