In this role you will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload within a Bournemouth team, taking ownership from instruction to completion. You will work closely with a collaborative group and have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues while shaping the growth of the practice. Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Supervising and supporting junior team members and support staff
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

Key requirements

• at least four years’ post-qualification experience
