Implementation Consultant Dynamics NAV

Overview

In this role you will lead Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementations for mid-to-large customers, collaborating within a professional services team. You will install, upgrade, migrate data and deliver training and go-live support, following MS Surestep. You’ll work remotely with a West London-based client, applying advanced reporting and integration skills to ensure successful project delivery. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Software installation and upgrades for new and existing customers
• Data migration and data integrity checks for UMM projects
• Apply builds and hotfixes as required
• Deliver Jet Reports training and Jet Report Writing
• Install, configure and train on Continia or Zetadocs expenses modules, provide Go Live support
• Deliver MS stationery reports and Stationery Report Writing training
• Test software changes and bespoke customisations
• Provide advice and guidance to customers
• Rationalize additional consultancy services as needed
• Liaise with customers to ensure successful project implementations
