Implementation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will act as an implementation and solution expert for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform, balancing independent work with cross-functional collaboration. You will manage multiple projects, deliver training, and guide configuration and troubleshooting to meet client needs. You’ll support pre-sales activities, design deliverables, and drive end-to-end implementation efforts across EU and APAC regions. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on customers’ invoicing processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an application and solution specialist for ONESOURCE Pagero platform across multiple projects
• Deliver end-user and super-user training and make configuration/troubleshooting decisions
• Lead large, cross-functional and partner-led implementation projects
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and budgeting
• Resolve customer support issues effectively
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partner organizations
• Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and scoping
• Customize and configure applications per specifications
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables and timelines
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing

Key requirements

• Experience as implementation and solution consultant in large cross-functional implementations or partner projects
• Experience contributing to project management activities (planning and timelines)
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, and partners
• Experience with pre-sales activities (demonstrations, scoping)
• Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Hands-on application configuration, implementation, and testing
