Overview

In this role you will design, build, and validate Salesforce solutions that meet client needs at scale. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement custom and standard components, leveraging Flow, Apex, LWC, and other technologies while adhering to enterprise patterns. You will refine technical requirements, document designs, and mentor teammates to uphold high coding standards. This is a client-focused opportunity to drive robust integrations and performance in a large user base, contributing to NTT DATA’s mission of responsible innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test Salesforce functionalities to meet business needs
• Build custom and standard Salesforce components using appropriate platform capabilities
• Leverage Flows, Apex, LWC and other technologies while following enterprise design patterns
• Refine technical user stories and articulate technical solutions
• Support Tech Lead with best practices, code reviews, and mentorship
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to author Technical Design Documents and ensure design pattern adherence
• Suggest improvements to the development workflow and processes

Key requirements

• 7+ years in Salesforce Development
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components expertise
• Experience delivering custom solutions tailored to client needs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization for large user bases
• Expertise in large-scale integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming (Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Excellent communication skills
