Overview
In this role you will lead strategic ABM initiatives across 1:1 and 1:Few programs, aligning with regional priorities and global methodologies. You will collaborate with country marketing, CoE, and global ABM teams to shape high-impact programs and governance. You’ll manage priority accounts, drive measurable outcomes, and communicate results to senior stakeholders. The position offers a chance to scale regional ABM capabilities, share best practices, and contribute to revenue growth in a complex, matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee 1:1 ABM and 1:Few programs aligned with regional priorities
- Collaborate with country marketing, CoE, and global ABM/industry teams for alignment
- Manage high-priority accounts and programs to model best practice delivery
- Ensure consistent application of global ABM methodologies across the region
- Lead evolution of the regional operating model to improve governance and impact
- Define and monitor objectives linked to global KPIs and pipeline impact
- Own the regional ABM pipeline target with proper tagging and reporting
- Communicate regional results and recommendations to senior stakeholders and global teams
- Identify opportunities to reuse content/assets to accelerate execution and ROI
- Lead and develop the European ABM & industry marketing team to high performance
- Manage regional budgets and third-party services with ROI focus
- Provide coaching and career development within a collaborative culture
- Represent team feedback to senior stakeholders
Key requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 1 year in ABM
- Strong track record in ABM and industry-focused marketing in technology, consulting, or professional services
- Experience leading cross-regional or multi-country programs in a matrix organization
- Solid understanding of ABM methodologies (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) and their business impact
- Skilled in multi-channel engagement, data-driven marketing, and use of behavioral/intent data
- Proficient in program measurement frameworks linking marketing to relationship, reputation, and revenue
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- ABM certifications or related marketing accreditations desirable
- Continuous learner with ongoing development in digital marketing and client engagement
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication with senior stakeholders
