Value Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead the development and delivery of healthcare value propositions for clients, guiding pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies. You’ll work with the Analyst team andSenior Directors to secure high-quality deliverables and grow client opportunities. You will build and manage client relationships, drive business development, and mentor project teams. This is an opportunity to shape how healthcare value informs decisions at a global scale within a collaborative, performance-driven culture. You’ll engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver evidence-based insights that improve patient access to therapies.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver client-facing solutions that inform value propositions and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage and develop Analysts within project teams
• Lead development of project proposals and generate new opportunities
• Understand stakeholder evidence needs across healthcare decision-making processes
• Collaborate with Analysts and Senior Directors to deliver integrated outputs
• Drive active business development and client diversification

Key requirements

• Life sciences, health economics or public health degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Broad experience in market access, health economics, healthcare policy, literature review, and evidence evaluation
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
• Ability to undertake active business development and client relationship management
