Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams or workstreams to drive performance and results
• Manage project finances with budgeting and forecasting
• Apply sector knowledge across infrastructure or related areas
• Shape and articulate Project Business Cases (objectives, costs, benefits)
• Apply proven project management skillsets for successful delivery
• Build long-term client relationships as a strategic advisor

Key requirements

• Experience with UK Government organisations, particularly defence, is highly beneficial
• Background in project and/or programme management from strategic planning to implementation and delivery
• Knowledge of procurement and NEC contracts is advantageous
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence and build trust
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to challenge and drive progress
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
