Senior Building Surveyor in London

Overview

In this London role you join Currie & Brown’s Building Surveying team, applying drone technology within the built environment. You will manage projects from start to finish and collaborate with project leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position blends UAS surveying with traditional building surveying across private and public sectors, enabling data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and professional assignments from inception to completion
• Maintain clear communication for successful delivery and coordinate with managers on financial control
• Produce accurate, timely outputs across engagements
• Represent the company professionally and build long-lasting client relationships

Key requirements

• BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS beneficial
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• AutoCAD and NBS proficiency beneficial
• Experience across higher education, local government and healthcare sectors beneficial
• Strong survey, project management, clerk of works, repairs and maintenance capabilities
• Well-organised, proactive, assertive, commercially astute; personable with clients and colleagues
