Overview

In this role you will lead and shape EY’s Cyber Identity and Access Management engagements, guiding technical delivery and client outcomes. You’ll work within EY’s UK & Ireland Cyber Practice to design and implement IAM solutions, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to market development and thought leadership. You’ll help secure client environments and enable secure digital transformation through practical, scalable IAM capabilities. Responsibilities

• Manage and own an IAM engagement, including planning, stakeholder management, quality, time and budget targets
• Coordinate onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery teams
• Scope and plan delivery with prospective clients
• Provide subject matter expertise in IAM and lead technical delivery
• Make key project decisions and guide engagement outcomes
• Develop market for IAM across sectors and contribute to proposals and marketing material
• Mentor and coach team members and lead by example
• Create thought leadership and market materials for EY Cyber and IAM offerings

Key requirements

• Exposure to Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Consumer Identity, OT IAM
• Experience with IAM technologies: Saviynt, Clear Skye, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra, OneIdentity, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock
• Project management experience on IAM deployments (waterfall and/or agile)
• IAM controls governance frameworks over processes, controls, organization and infrastructure

• Professionalism and credibility in IAM discussions
• Strong communication and ability to contribute to security conversations
• Team player with collaboration and motivational skills
• IAM solution design and delivery
• Experience with IAM technologies listed: Saviynt, Clear Skye, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra, OneIdentity, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock
• Project management methodologies (waterfall and agile) for IAM deployments
