Overview
You will lead advanced research on infusion pumps and active implantable technology, guiding a multidisciplinary team from concept through design to manufacturing readiness. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on design, shaping products that aim to improve life-saving therapies. You’ll be the design lead within the organisation, driving strategic decisions and impactful research initiatives in a Cambridge-based medical devices setting.

Responsibilities
- lead complex research projects within the R&D team
