Area Sales Manager (Scotland and North East)

Overview

As Area Sales Manager for Scotland & North East, you drive growth of Sika’s concrete admixture business by owning regional sales strategy and execution. You will collaborate with Product and R&D teams to bring innovative concrete solutions to market and strengthen Sika’s position as an industry benchmark. You build long‑term customer relationships, lead trials and specifications, and support major projects. This is a hands-on role with cross‑functional exposure and regional impact.

Responsibilities

• own and execute the regional sales strategy to grow volume, margin and market share
• drive growth for concrete admixtures through new products and innovations
• collaborate with Product Managers and R&D to bring solutions to market
• manage sales opportunities, product trials, and waterproofing specifications for projects
• build and maintain a long‑term pipeline of opportunities and customer relationships
• support major projects and contribute to industry benchmarking in concrete solutions
