Overview

In this role, you will lead DTCC Consulting Services, focusing on exceptional client service, growth, and delivery excellence. You’ll manage delivery teams, shape the consulting practice, and drive go-to-market efforts with senior client relationships. You’ll also contribute to people development and wellbeing within the team, aligning with DTCC’s mission to innovate in financial markets. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong client-centric impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture existing and net-new client relationships to drive profitable growth
  • Plan and oversee high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients
  • Support Head of Consulting in business strategy development
  • Oversee delivery projects ensuring alignment with plan and budget
  • Engage at industry conferences, roundtables, and forums
  • Represent DTCC Consulting externally and internally
  • Communicate with stakeholders with gravitas and influence decisions
  • Develop and refine consulting service offerings to broaden capabilities
  • Lead go-to-market and business development including proposals and subject-matter input
  • Support solution development to ensure high-quality delivery and profitability
  • Promote knowledge sharing and tool development to build service capability
  • Mentor and develop team members and foster learning culture
  • Collaborate with consulting operations to ensure compliant processes
  • Champion inclusion and lead diversity initiatives
  • Mitigate risk through established procedures and ethical conduct

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 20 years related consulting experience
  • Experience at director or associate partner level (>=10 years in consulting)
  • Financial services and capital markets experience required
  • Post-trade experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate pipeline
  • Demonstrated contribution to business growth and ability to manage P&L
  • Strong leadership in managing teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience and professional bearing for client-facing work
  • Ability to identify opportunities for follow-on work during engagements
