Overview

You lead the Technology Resilience and Production Operations for a global financial institution, shaping an Enterprise Centre of Excellence that safeguards service stability and customer experience. You will sit at senior leadership, drive a multi-year platform strategy, and guide a ~25-person team through a major transformation. Expect to own resilience governance, incident and change processes, and regulatory alignment while partnering with risk and compliance leaders. Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end resilience strategy across incident, problem, event, and change management with emphasis on automation and scalable, agile delivery
• Build and govern an international Centre of Excellence platform with executive reporting on KPIs, SLAs, and risk
• Design and operate the resilience framework including BIA, DR exercises, and business continuity planning
• Lead major incident response, postmortems, and proactive problem management to reduce repeats
• OverseeChange Advisory Board and release orchestration ensuring risk-aware, compliant deployments
• Manage budgets, licensing, vendor relationships, and team development with a strong risk and compliance culture
• Interpret regulatory requirements (DORA) and translate into resilience and security controls

Key requirements

• Extensive experience shaping enterprise-wide resilience strategy in financial services
• Proven leadership of incident, problem, event, and change management with P1 outage experience
• Experience managing audits, regulatory reviews, and resilience testing with senior stakeholder influence
• Cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS/Azure/Oracle) with advanced ServiceNow proficiency
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills under pressure
