We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a long-term residential construction project in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential finishing works and proven experience managing finishing trades and subcontractors through the later stages of a development.
Key Responsibilities
– Overseeing and coordinating finishing trades on site.– Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.– Monitoring progress and working to programme deadlines.– Carrying out quality checks and managing snagging.– Coordinating with the Site Management team and other trades.– Ensuring areas are completed and ready for handover.– Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects.– Valid CSCS card – required.– SMSTS – required.– First Aid – required.– Strong knowledge of residential finishing works. xwwtmva – Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
