Head of Tequila Reserve Sales — Build & Scale Floor (London)

WineFi is expanding with Tequila Reserve and seeks a Head of Sales to build a new business sales floor from the ground up in London. You will recruit the team, set the culture, and run the floor, while personally selling in early stages to hit targets.

You will establish processes, cadence and coaching to scale, with the goal of a scalable, high-performing desk that drives significant monthly revenue and long-term growth for WineFi.
