n A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded and well established Residential Property team.
n This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Paralegal with existing residential conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge, take on greater responsibility and build a long term career within a supportive and successful team.
n The Rolen Working alongside experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, you will provide support across a varied caseload of residential property transactions, gaining valuable hands on exposure throughout the conveyancing process.n The role will include:

- n
- Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
- Conducting property searches
- Assisting with Land Registry applications
- Supporting post completion matters and file closure
- Providing a professional, responsive and client focused service
