Normal working hours – 40 hours a week

HOME Team Ltd, which is part of the Govan Housing Group, requires a quality time served Joiner to join the team. Working in domestic properties, our trades people must be able to work as part of a multi trade team and liaise directly with Supervisors and Managers.
n
All work is in domestic properties or small commercial buildings within a Social Housing Environment, including fitting windows, constructing stud work, door facings and skirting, refurbishments, fitted kitchens, flooring, bathrooms and fencing.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required: –
n
n
· Time Served Joiner with proof of qualification
n
· Will have a full driving licence and meet the requirements of the Association’s Driving at Work Policy
n
· A sound understanding of risk assessment, COSHH and general Health and Safety responsibilities
n
n
