MILK RECORDER

Portadown area

As a milk recorder you will visit designated dairy herds once or twice per day for milkings involving a commitment of a minimum 8 hours per week.

Duties will involve:

• Collecting milk samples
• Recording milk yields of individual cows
• Updating all herd information
• Completing records accurately
• Working flexible hours including early starts

Must have:

• Telephone and internet access
• Current driving licence and access to your own transport.
• Farming experience, particularly with cattle is desirable.
• Recorders should live within easy travelling distance to the designated area.

Wages are related to the number and size of herds recorded.
