Parts Advisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our dealership in Derry.
You will undertake the receiving and processing of invoices, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.
Competitive hourly rate negotiable depending on experience with training & development to help you find your feet, and excellent on-site facilities and pension scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment while providing first class customer experiences. You will be integral to the smooth running of the parts department monitoring and maintaining our stock levels to ensure that they meet customer demands. You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you thrive working as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.
Qualifications/Requirements
Previous Parts experience within the Motor industry would be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft, Outlook, CRM systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Workshop dynamic would be an advantage.
Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Can work from own initiative.
Minimum Maths and English G.C.S.E grade C.
Experience working in a workshop environment advantage.
Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday from 8am to 6pm
Friday 8am 4:30pm
Enjoy Bank Holidays off and over Christmas.
