Lead CRM Transformation Analyst – Insurance Focus

Jobtailor is seeking an independent consultant to lead BA activity across multiple CRM transformation initiatives in the insurance sector. You will lead the BA team, own stakeholder engagement, develop roadmaps and business cases, and drive benefits realisation with a high degree of autonomy.

The role requires strong leadership and delivery management at Lead BA / Senior Consultant level, with insurance experience; CRM transformation exposure ideally combined with insurance experience.
