Leveraged Finance Associate (1-3 PQE)
We are working with a leading UK law firm on a Leveraged Finance Associate opportunity within their highly regarded London Finance team. The position is suited to a 1 – 3 year PQE Associate.
This role will involve advising on debt financing for acquisitions and investments across the private equity and corporate borrower space, from transformational buyouts through to smaller bolt‑on financings, as well as lender‑side mandates. The team is well regarded in the mid‑market leveraged finance space, known for its close working relationship with the firm’s Private Equity & Financial Sponsors and Corporate M&A teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners on sophisticated financing transactions, gaining early exposure to deal structuring, documentation and client relationship management. This position would suit an associate looking to build a broad leveraged finance practice within a collaborative, partner-led team that sits at the centre of the firm’s wider private equity offering.

Salary – £135,000-£150,000, plus a bonus
