Head of AI Customer Success Architects

Atlassian is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Architects (AI) to lead a pod of AI-focused architects within the Customer Success Architecture team. You’ll drive adoption of Atlassian’s AI platform, Rovo, and ensure time-boxed engagements deliver measurable business value in production.

You’ll hire and coach the team, oversee capacity planning and delivery quality, and partner with Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with customer outcomes and roadmaps.
