Senior Financial Accountant – US GAAP & Global SPV

True Green Capital Management LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant in London, UK or Westport, CT to support US GAAP reporting across UK, European and US entities. This hands-on role involves multi-entity accounting, quarterly and year-end closes, and coordination with auditors and tax advisers.

The role requires strong US GAAP experience, plus UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge; ACA/ACCA qualification is preferred but not required. Collaboration with a global accounting team is essential.
