Strategic Finance Lead – Residential Investment

Baker Charles is recruiting an Interim Financial Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the commercial, statutory, financial reporting and systems for a growing residential investment portfolio in the UK.

The role is at the intersection of strategic and operational finance, partnering across Development, Asset Management, Operations, Investment, Legal and Tax to drive returns and governance. UK GAAP/IFRS compliance is essential.
