Autonomous Software Engineer – AI-Native Systems

Hult in London is seeking an experienced software engineer to pioneer agentic software systems. You will own outcomes and design agent workflows that plan, execute and verify work, while maintaining human oversight where needed.

You’ll build the agent harness, memory, and verification capabilities, enabling multiple workstreams to run in parallel and converge on reliable production outcomes. This is a full-time on-site role based at our Chelsea office in London.
