OT Cyber Security Manager — Strategy, Risk & Resilience (Hybrid London)

Experis – ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Manager in a hybrid London role. You will lead the development and execution of cybersecurity strategy across OT environments, securing ICS/SCADA systems and manufacturing operations.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Risk, and operations teams to strengthen cyber resilience, drive risk reduction, and ensure regulatory compliance across IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIS2, and ISO 27001.
