Senior Compliance Auditor – AI & Privacy Governance

TikTok is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Auditor to advance the compliance audit capabilities across Privacy, Content Safety, AI Governance and related areas. You will lead audits of key risk domains, partner with Legal and Product teams, and help strengthen controls across TikTok and TikTok Shop.

You will use innovative assurance methods, data analytics and a risk-based approach, coordinating across a global team and travel up to 30% to support audits in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
