Specialty Doctor – Community Frailty & Early Discharge Lead

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) in Chepstow is seeking a medically qualified clinician to join the Community Care of the Elderly team. You will deliver specialist care to older, frail patients, support early discharge from hospital, and help shape the Older Persons Pathway across community and hospital settings.

The post is based at Chepstow Community Hospital with potential to work across other sites.
