Senior Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Platform

Vercel is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive proactive architectural guidance, cost optimization, and risk management while coordinating across Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales.

You will report to the Head of Professional Services and work with Vercel’s Forward Deployed Engineering organization; travel to client sites is expected 4–8 times per year.
