Clinical Deputy Manager – Luxury Care Home Leader

Hamberley Montague House in Brampton is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead clinical and care teams, supported by the Home Manager and QA colleagues. You will oversee audits, policies and staff development to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an NMC Pin and post-registration experience, with mentoring or leadership experience in a care home setting. This is a hands-on, on-site role offering a competitive package and career progression.
