Mercor is seeking engineers who build and operate LLM agents in production, with real visibility into how agents are used inside a company. You will discuss how you shipped an agent used by real users, how to tell whether an agent got better or worse after a change, and how to run agents that outlive a single request.

We value experience with long-running tasks, internal data surfaces, and the ability to show what agents did and what they cost.
