Cyber Security Manager: Customer Success & Incident Lead

Telefónica Tech UK&I hub seeks a Cyber Security Manager to act as the trusted operational partner for enterprise customers using managed cyber security services. You’ll own service governance, customer success and major incident coordination while driving continual improvement and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This role covers SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management and threat intelligence services, with a focus on translating security data into actionable business insights
