Strategic Finance Director, Public Sector

Barnet Council is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership. You will support the Executive Director of Strategy & Resources, deliver the medium-term financial strategy, and ensure robust financial controls across services.

Leading a budget management team, you will oversee accounts closure, audit readiness, and treasury management, while building partnerships with Members, officers and external bodies to sustain value for money.
