Leveraged Finance Associate (NQ-2PQE)
We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team in their London office. The position is for an NQ-2-year PQE Associate.
You will work on a range of mandates for both creditors and debtors funding acquisitions, spanning private credit and syndicated markets. The team handles leveraged financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings and emerging markets loans, acting for large corporates, sovereign borrowers and a growing roster of private equity sponsors across the US and Europe.While the work leans heavily towards the sponsor side of leveraged finance, lender-side mandates remain part of the mix.

Requirements:
- You will have NQ-2 years post-qualified experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or a broad banking and finance practice
- You will have gained this experience from a reputable City or US law firm
- You will be England & Wales qualified with UK experience (also open to Aus/NZ qualified lawyers)
