Lead DevOps Engineer — Secure Cloud & On-Prem Platform

Roke in Gloucester is seeking a DevOps & Infrastructure Lead to deliver and maintain high-throughput data platforms for National Security customers, spanning on-premise and cloud environments. You will lead hands-on DevOps and infrastructure engineering, shaping platform roadmaps and driving secure, scalable services.

You’ll mentor engineers, implement CI/CD, GitOps and IaC using ArgoCD, Terraform and Helm, and ensure observability with Prometheus and Grafana in demanding environments.
